How to Calculate your fractional vote resulting from registered illegal voters voting.

Assumptions:
Voter registrations of illegals will increase exponentially between now and the 2008 election. (Need proof?)
Registrations of illegals continue under the supervision of National Communist La Raza and the Democrats.
Millions of illegals were registered during the mob demonstrations in 2006 (need proof?).
The values derived here will approach those of the year 2008.
Rounding - Values will be rounded more favorably toward the illegals due to more aggressive registrations.
Each registered illegals gets 1 whole vote. This forms the basis for the calculations used below.
Mexicans (residing in Mexico) wll vote in the state of their choice upon receipt of full amnesty.
All elections will cease in the year 2010 if the new dictatorship takes affect then.
The National Communist La Raza and the National Democratic Party will not reveal their records of illegals registered.\
Total population of US, 300,000,000
Total population of Mexico 106,202,903
Voting convicted felons are not included in the calculations below

OK, let's get started:

Forumlas used (apologies for over simplification of percentages)

LV - Legal Voters, # of legally registered voters who can vote for a particular office up for eleciton.
TIA - Total Illegal Aliens residing in the US or 33,000,000
TIA18 - Total illegal aliens over 18 years old residing in the US
IAD - Illegal aliens residing in the district for a particular office up for election.
IAD% - Percent of illegals over 18 applicable to particular office up for election (if unknown, use 75%)
WP - Working Percentage
FLV - Fractional Legal Vote
Round Down - Round the FLV result down by 5% to allow for increases in illegals registrations
RFLV - Resultant Fractional Legal Vote (Diluted vote)
TPM - Total Population of Mexico
TPM% - Very rough estimate of percentage of Mexicans who will accept amnesty regardless of domocile
PM18 - Estimated number of Mexicans over 18 who will vote in a particular US election.

Electorial College

Since illegals will influence elections mostly in big cities, figure that instead of the efffect on the entire US population, unless you want to figure the dilution of your nationwide popular vote.
Hillary wants the electorial college eliminated, so maybe there is some merit in doing that.

OK, lets run some sample elections:

Let's say that NittyGritty is about to vote in an election for which there are 20,000,000 voters. Nitty Gritty wants to know how much the illegals will impact his or her vote in that election.
Since we don't know the population of illegal's in these voter precincts, lets use a percentage of the entire US population and base it on the size of the election. But, let's say it's a "AZT Land" state with a population of 3 million illegals.

LV = 20,000,000 in this example
IAD = 3,000,000 in this example

IAD18 = IAD * IAD%
IAD18 = 3 million * .75
IAD18 = 2,250,000

WP = IAD18/LV
WP = 2,250,000/20,000,000
WP = 11

FLV = 1 - WP
FLV = 1 - .11
FLV = .89
Rounded down, FLV expresses as
FLV = .85

Threfore, Nitty Gritty's legal vote becomes less than a whole vote, Nitty Gritty's vote counts between 8/10 and 9/10 of a whole vote.
The illegal votes with a whole vote.

Let's calculate this for a post-Amnesty environment, using the same hypothetical election that Nitty Gritty is about to vote in.

LV = 20,000,000
TPM = 106,000,000
TPM for this election = 10,600,000
TMP% = 50
TPM18 = 5,300,000
WP = .27
FLV = .74
Round Down Value = .69

Summary: In this post-Amnesty election, NittyGritty's vote counts about 2/3 to 3/4 that of an amnesty recipient.

Let's say not enough figures are available, and NittyGritty still wants to know how much his vote is diluted in a full amnesty environment.

FLV = .65

Summary: (Hold onto your hat): Under full amnesty, and/or merger with Mexico, Nitty Gritty's vote now counts between half and 2/3 that of a Mexican voter.

Let's calculate this for a post North American Union environment:

FLV = Null

There are no elections in a dictatorship (or the elections are a farce).
