Did Anyone Else Pick Up On This?

In this proposed legislation they claim people have to pay a fine and go back home. Now in one of the newpaper articles they gave a top 5 or 10 list of which countries the illegals came from. China made the list. Now how can they go back to communist China and apply?

Again I ask, where will this money be used that they will supposedly collect? Has anyone seen where the fines will be distributed other than politicians' pockets?

That's the point...The Globalist do not care if the go back..they want them to break the back of America..when it is finally the rich and the poor then they will be happy..they don't want the middle to exist...hungry and uneducated is far more easy to control...and then they will move to the next level ...to lower the populations...It is great to be King

I wonder if the multiple consulates, sovereign soil to that country, will be considered just as good as going home. Mexico, for example, has an inland port in Kansas City that is sovereign Mexican soil.

It was only a year ago that China refused to take 39,000 illegal Chinese back.

I believe I heard them say on the Senate floor that the illegals don't have to go home, they just have to apply from outside the United States. For example, someone from China could step into Mexico to apply. Now that makes a lot of sense, doesn't it?

If what I heard was correct and they did apply from a country that wasn't their original homeland, wouldn't they then be an illegal immigrant in the country they were applying from?

Can someone clear this up? Can they apply from any country or does it have to be their original homeland? Either way doesn't make much sense to me, especially in view of what Swatchick said regarding someone from China.

Yep, good catch Swatchick. And China isn't the only country that either flatly refuses or drags it's feet in repatriating their own nationals. It is probably the worst case, but others exist too.

That might be a good point to raise when contacting elected officials about the bill and it's touch-back provision (isn't touch-back a football term????)

Supposedly the application process only takes about one day.
