    Video editor Gerardo Lago has filed a lawsuit against ABC, ABC owner Disney Worldwide Services and three reporters for alleged xenophobia in the workplace. In his complaint, Lago contends that WABC-TV Eyewitness News personalities Lauren Glassberg, Kemberly Richardson and Stacey Sager used abusive and offensive language against him because he is Hispanic.

    One example Lago, who speaks English fluently, gives is that, while working on her “Neighborhood Eatsâ€

    The fact that Gerardo Lago is suing these people for 18 million while playing the race card suggests he is a nut case out to get rich off the backs of others.
