Need ALIPACers feedback:Any Current Amnesty Bill in House?

Just want to check this out with ALIPACers: The following video of Lou Dobbs was posted today by someone on a 9-12 Project site I belong to. Please tell me this is an old video? I cannot get an accurate date. It was posted on Youtube about one month ago, but the video could be much older than that.

There is not currently this kind of absurd legislation actually making it through the House of Reps, right?!!!!! It seems if this is current legislation, there would be more outcry and info.

I checked other sites such as NumbersUSA and they don't mention it. I did a check here, and this video was posted here before, but there was no mention of how old it is. Vortex commented on that thread that he thought it was an old video.

(I don't know how to post the actual video, other than posting the Youtube link.)

Here is the previous ALIPAC post: http://www.alipac.us/ftopict-172308-lou.html+dobbs

This might be in the C-Span archives.

builditnow, I remember hearing this on C-Span, I think it was about a month or so ago. Not sure.

I think this was in May of 2007.

Congressman and House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-West Chester, OH)

I think this is the Heritage report that Dobbs is talking about in the video.

This is John Boehner's web site. Perhaps you can contact him and ask him for verification and/or for more information for your project.

It would be nice if everyone on the net confirmed the dates before posting something like it was current news.

Looking at the crawl, Monica Goodling testified before Congress on May 23, 2007. So it is old IMO, but worth watching again and again.
As far as any bill before Congress, I have not seen anything like CIR, but I wonder if the strategy hasn't change to doing it bit by bit as amendments to other bills. Wouldn't put anything past the money boys.
