During a discussion with “Morning Joe” co-host Joe Scarborough on Wednesday, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal offered no apology for criticizing Barack Obama earlier in the week.

Jindal was widely criticized in the media for breaching so-called “etiquette” while blasting the president outside the White House during a press conference Monday after a group of governors met with Obama.
“I’m not really sorry for saying it, but to those who are offended [that] I didn’t really follow the [National Governors Association] etiquette book, the reality is, the substance is more important.”
But this is the line that really fired up Democrats and the media, with Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy (D) calling Jindal’s comments “insane.”
“In America, we don’t have a king and the reality is that that house belongs to the people.”
Jindal told Scarborough that he believes Obama has given up, and as result, is now focused on “campaign rhetoric and tactics instead of real serious policy.”

Bobby Jindal is half-right: Barack Obama has been focused on campaign rhetoric and tactics instead of serious policy throughout his presidency. Sadly, Obama has never understood the difference between campaigning and governing.
