Dallas - In light of recent layoffs involving U.S. citizens, lawmakers are concerned American companies are giving job priority to foreign workers.

For years, companies like Microsoft have been hiring foreign workers through the H-1B visa program. Critics say companies may be abusing the program.

COME ON, I mean PLEASE, OUR SO CALLED GOVERNMENT IS SOOOOOOOOOOO STUPID. THEY LIE TO US ABOUT EVERYTHING, LIKE THEY DIDN`T KNOW THAT THE H1B VISA`S WERE HURTING US. JUST LIKE THEY DIDN`T KNOW ABOUT THE 165 MILLIONS OF BONUSES FOR THE THEIVES AT AIG! WE THE PEOPLE COULD DO A MUCH BETTER JOB THEN THEY EVERY COULD! RUNNING THE COUNTRY THAT IS! I know that people have called and complained about these visas for a long long time and they never listen to us, THEIR THE KINGS AND WERE THEIR SLAVES!

Wait....what position are we going to take on this? Some of the discussion about that issue is whether Obama can just come in and attempt a legal maneuver around a contractual obligation, one that was made before the Bailout of AIG. If they can figure out a way out of that contract, can they figure out a way of numerous other agreements, at their discretion? (listen to Glenn Beck on this one)
