Dear President Rosales:

Fox News TV reported that LULAC intends to sue The Department of Homeland Security over the Swift Meat Packing raids. The media is not exactly a model of accuracy so I want to bring this matter to your immediate attention. Our organization, along with all of our allied patriot groups and lobby activists take very strong exception to the malicious slander and defamation that is inflicted upon our Government by organizations identified with generic acronyms. Contrary to inaccurate reporting the illegal aliens who were apprehended have indeed committed numerous felonies and they are subject to multiple thousands of dollars in fines, for both civil and criminal acts, and incarceration in addition to being subject to deportation.

LULAC’s stated mission is the following:

LULAC advances the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, health and civil rights of Hispanic Americans through community-based programs operating at more than 700 LULAC councils nationwide. The organization involves and serves all Hispanic nationality groups.

We find that mission statement extremely disturbing. There is a very sharp distinction between Hispanics of American Nationality., Hispanic foreigners legally in the USA, Hispanic aliens illegally here and Hispanics engaged in criminal activity.


President George W. Bush activated all instruments of American power to respond to the attacks of September 11th, and directed the United States Government to better prepare for the reality of the 21st century threat. Working with Congress, President. Bush established the Department of Homeland Security to prevent terrorist attacks in the United States. The Department of Defense, the traditional vanguard of America’s security, began transforming as well. The stand‐up of US Northern Command was an important first step—created to deter, prevent, and defeat aggression aimed at the United States. Part and parcel of that reformation was the Border Patrol and ICE Immigration Control and Enforcement. The United States is absolutely under attack at our borders and internally at this moment by numerous forces with numerous agendas. Our citizens are being murdered, raped, molested; high crimes and misdemeanors are being inflicted upon us; our infrastructure is being sabotaged, our economy is being sabotaged; our law enforcement is being undermined.







Some organizations that are currently engaged in the above named illicit activities are attacking and sabotaging the USA:
