    Guess what country does not have ID laws?

    There is not ONE COUNTRY ANYWHERE on earth (that I know of) that does not require everyone to have ID papers AND MONEY in their possession to be a none illegal and a vagrant. What in the twilight zone is going on here with this SB 1070 argument?
