Guest Worker Question
S1348 allows guest workers to apply for legal status as long as they are sponsored by an employer.
My question is, What happens to said worker if when he gets here he decides that he doesn't want to work for the sponsoring employer?
Is he suddenly deported?
Is he the slave of the sponsor or is he allowed to enter the job market and compete against citizens?Immigration reform should reflect a commitment to enforcement, not reward those who blatantly break the rules. - Rep Dan Boren D-Ok

This is part of the problem!! They are here, decide to stay and don't go back. I loved the guy who spoke on cutting from 400,000 to 200,000. What a perfect example of those who decide to stay.
And I think you know, hardly any of them are deported. I am sure those who are, just come back.Once abolish the God and the government becomes the God.*** -G.K. Chesterton from the book 'The Shack' by Wm. Paul Young-

Is guest workers=skilled worker from other countrys. It is kind of weird that all but 2 democrats voted yes to pass this Amendment. The democrats don't like guest workers,,,But they like Ag farm workers and super Amnesty. I think that the Amendment yesterday was defeated to keep some guest worker program in the bill, but it was to high for the democrats. So they cut it in half to make them and the Rino transie Republicans happy. By doing so it increased the chance this bill will pass. Also Harry Reid voted yes on this, in he wented to give the illigals even more. So that should tell you something. I don't think we will be able to pass any good Amendments like the Graham or Sessions Amendments, they will just talk the time out.
This is what I think.<div>DEFEAT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA THE COMMIE FOR FREEDOM!!!!</div>
