Pursuing an Immigration Overhaul

Reid is expected to turn to Menendez for guidance on how to handle immigration legislation. It could ultimately be Menendez who presses his party for action this year on a comprehensive overhaul, despite others’ concerns that the issue is too politically risky and the agenda too crowded.

Obama plans to outline his vision for immigration legislation this spring.

Menendez has always been a subtle irritation to me, but with this crap he is now in my "most loathesome" category, along with Gutierrez, Schumer, and anyone who puts any sort of interest above the interest of the greater good of the American people. I am being as civil as I can and it is getting quite hard.
