Thread: Hazleton ordinance

MSNBC reported a few minutes ago that the judge had struck it down. More details are to follow. I believe Barletta is doing a news conference at 4 or 5. He's supposed to be on Lou Dobbs tonight.

I called the judges office. Suffice to say it was not a nice exchange. I just eplained that we as Americans are tired of our FEDERAL GOVERNMENT not doing its job. And the American people have spoken LOUD AND CLEAR. I had a few choice words for the judge. I am so angry.

I'm absolutely furious myself. If I wasn't working right now I'd be all over that sucker. I'll follow up with a call when I'm done. We need to be a human tsunami on this.

I wouldn't expect any less from a clinton appointed judge . 287G could be used in some very creative ways .

I called and left spoke to a lady in his offices and gave her an earful with a message for the judge:

"Every locality, city, state, and this country is experiencing an invasion of 20 -30 million illegal aliens and he has tied the hands of a small city just trying to protect it's assets, it's comunity and it's citizens. I'm appaled at his decision which is nothing more than pandering and support of illegal alien lawbreakers. You are nothing more than an activist judge who is clueless as to the tremendous negative impacts of illegals on every facet of the U.S. I don't know how you sleep at night."
