    Hello

    hello there
    i have got a flight to catch but i have got a lot of body ache due to cough and cold
    i dunno how will i be be able to sit through the long flight
    hope i finish the flight safely

    well what you can do is take plenty if rest before the flight
    you can take a hot shower which will relax your body and also apply ointment
    the doctor may prescribe some medication like voltaren to you
    This medicine is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat minor aches and pains associated with the common cold, headache, muscle aches, backache, and arthritis. It may also be used to reduce fever.
