Thread: Dal laborer center in Aurora, Colorado.

In one of Denver's newspapers yesterday there was a picture of three or 4 illegals being picked up on a street corner.....Colfax and Dayton...in Aurora which is connected to the city of Denver. The city council of Aurora is getting called to do something about the loitering ILLEGALS. So now there is talk of setting up a "Day laborer center in Aurora" Better said, ILLEGAL day laborer center. Denver already has one I believe.

One woman on the council has called DEMOCRAT Congressman Ed Permutter to do something...like arrest and deport. Good for her!

These iillegals were not in the area 14 years ago. The three local Catholic churches have all added Spanish masses. It is LA all over again.


Since Denver is a sanctuary city and AURORA is not it wiill be very interesting to see what the Aurora city council does on this.

Again, ICE agents just 3.5 miles away in the detention facility and they are either not aware or don't want to do anything.......what is wrong with this picture and same old story....yet Bush can hire 100,000 TSA agents to screen your bags at the aiirport.....

They openned up a day laborer center in Jupiter, Florida and the neighboring businesses ended up losing customers. The illegals would harass the people who were going to neighboring businesses and even urinate outside. I had a letter that a business owner sent the editor in their local paper but I deleted it. Now I wish I would have kept it as it could be sent to the city to show them what the day laborer center may cause.

Some of these ICE agents probably drive by this street corner on the way to work while sipping their morning coffee.

Our city is still planning to open its day labor center. Of course our local farmers always holler they need more workers--but do you think they will ever come and get the day laborers? Hardly a chance.

I read an interesting story written a few years ago from a young, "alternative" cafe owner who operated her busness where the day laborers are currently hanging out. At first she was sympathetic. BUT THEN THE DRUG USING AND DEALING ESCALATED OUT OF HAND!

Unfortunately liberals have to learn things the hard way and our city government fools will plunge ahead.
