Here we go again!!

PHOENIX — The FBI said Monday it was investigating the shooting death of a Mexican immigrant by a U.S. Border Patrol agent that had been criticized by Mexican President Felipe Calderon.
Francisco Javier Dominguez-Rivera, 22, of Puebla, Mexico, was killed Friday in a confrontation with the unidentified agent north of the U.S.-Mexico border between Bisbee and Douglas.
On Sunday, Calderon expressed his "most energetic protest" against the shooting.
A group of seven people were crossing the desert and the agent took six of them into custody without incident, authorities said.
But the agent and Dominguez-Rivera began fighting, authorities said. The agent, who believed his life was in danger, shot and killed the man, the Border Patrol said previously. An autopsy was scheduled Wednesday.
The agent was put on paid administrative leave pending the investigation.
FBI spokeswoman Deborah McCarley and Gustavo Soto, a spokesman with the U.S. Border Patrol Tucson sector, both declined Monday to provide details of the case."If you always do what You've always done, You'll always get what you always got!"

This is absurd!! This is their way of having border and police officals afraid to do their job for fear of being sent to prison. THIS IS SO WRONG! THIS PRESIDENT AND HIS ADMINISTRATION ARE A DISGRACE!
And if congress...whether republican or democrat doesn't do something...SO ARE THEY! Thank God for the few WHO STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT! Those of you that have been bought and paid for should be ASHAMED!
Mexican government , in my opinion, if you weren't so corrupt and you would keep your people home and give them the incentive to stay there things like this wouldn't be happening! Instead of looking at border patrol agents that ARE DOING THEIR JOB...why not look and yourself, your government and FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!Please help save America for our children and grandchildren... they are counting on us. THEY DESERVE the goodness of AMERICA not to be given to those who are stealing our children's future! ... and a congress who works for THEM!

Don't these BP's own a shovel?
Better still a 4 wheeler ATV so they can take the corpse back to the border and toss it over on the other side. Then the family can retrieve it and give it a decent Catholic burial in the kids own Pueblo. That will give everyone closure.
It's the right thing to do.

WETTIBBE and Nesse-
Too funny. Made my morning.
On another note, when are we going to stop letting Mexico dictate when and if we investigate border patrol agents or anyone else for that matter.Deportacion? Si Se Puede!

Apparently we have been overlooking the obvious. Our BP agents do NOT need guns. They need ATVs. Should we start a fund to buy them each one?? Perhaps we can get the manufacturer to chip in a free shovel with each ATV?? (since shovels do not leave powder burns that could be used to incriminate the agent)

Investigating border agents
There are six illegals that are going to lie and say that the border agent shot without cause. Here goes another 5 million dollar lawsuit. Every illegal in the country seems to think that they can file a lawsuit and get rich.

With the rate of illegals entering our country, if we use WETTIBE's plan, we can build our own body fence. It is a win win situation. The fence is built, the illegals will not come in, and we will save all of that money. Case closed.

Nothing to worry about, yet. A formal investigation is normal procedure in cases like this. Let's wait and see what happens before we get our panties in a wad over this.
As for President Calderon - the man shouldn't be opening his big mouth until all the facts are in!"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**
