You're absolutely wrong on this. AG Sessions has complete authority to send the DEA in to close down these distribution centers and growers if he so desires. Sessions is a law and order kind of guy. I'm shocked that you seem to have the same mindset as Obama, Holder, and Lynch on the enforcement of our country's laws (pick & choose). Well, I've never had that impression of Sessions. Furthermore, I personally watched him say in his confirmation hearing for DOJ that he would faithfully enforce ALL our laws.
Isn't not enforcing our laws something we were constantly attacking the Obama administration on?
That comment doesn't even deserve a response.Message to parents, we're not your children's baby-sitters. Don't really understand why you posted this again. I was aware that it was only an opinion. My response with fact was not a personal attack of your opinion or your right to make it.
Not so. The DEA operates under the Department of Justice and can operate anywhere in the country. If AG Sessions directs them to bust every distribution center and grower in Colorado, so be it."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

The Constitution EMPOWERED DIRECTLY the federal government to control immigration. Our immigration laws are DIRECT CONSTITUTIONAL POWERS of the federal government. You want to empower the government through court rulings, the very judicial activism and legislating from the bench that we all OPPOSE.
My comment about the parents deserved more than a response, it deserves a follow-up and here it is:
http://www.goodreads.com/quotes/7839...to-be-the-most“The state must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation.”

Are you implying this has anything to do with the discussion we've been having on a states right to override the federal government and legalize a schedule 1 drug?
If so, I don't see the connection. Allowing boys to use girls locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms is not established law."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

No, MW, you don't see the connection because you don't seem to understand the issues pertaining to either subject very well. You're all tied up and blinded with authoritarianism disease.
