Thread: High Gas Prices, What great timing

This is great timing, high gas prices to distract from the iimmigration reform. Senators were not on tv saying anything the last time gas prices were this high, but now they stand in front of gas pumps 'threatening' to do something about the high gas prices. Illegal immigration was the #1 issue, but what a great way to get americans minds on something else and what better way than to hit them in them the pockets. Government has given oil companies huge subsiidies and tax breaks, perhaps it is time to return the favor.

All the politicians have found out by experience that most Americans have no long term memory and can only grasp what is in front of them. This is how the government thinks they control the US citizens by the mainstream media,they figure if its not in front of them they wont think about it.Lets all wake up and smell the stench in Washinton DC.
