    I got this in an email tonight........thought you might enjoy this. Will be interesting to see where it leads.

    Dear Friends:

    An illegal alien applied for a program called ARD which is for first time offenders who commit minor offenses. It results in probation and an eventual expungement of one's arrest record.

    I DENIED the illegal alien admission on the basis that he was "illegally" in the country. He is now arguing that his constitutional rights are being denied! Judge Ed Smith of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County has the matter under advisement. Stay tuned!!
