I am sure a lot of Hispanics are upset but it is not my fault that more than 80% of illegals are Hispanics.

Breyer, Ginsburg and Sotomayer (no surprise) voted against it. So would have Kagan had she taken part in the decision....still enough to have carried this vote: however, we all better hold our breath that this jackass president doesn't have the opportunity to seat another liberal surpreme court justice or we are really sunk for years Oops....he could with Ginsburg!

This is the absolute truth! Kagan and Sotomayer are arguably the worst Supreme Court Justices ever appointed in my life time. Ginsburg is a close third. I don't believe we as a nation could survive one or two more radical Obama appointees.....

Posters here speak to the illogical nature of the opposition responses. Those responses are directed to their own 'choir' and they do not require any kind of logic. Within their own community their rhetoric takes on a life of it's own, a life that requires no logic whatsoever... just a blind allegiance to the idea that whatever 'they' do is fair and just and whatever 'we' do is wrong and evil.

Its a fool's game to try and apply moral values or logical assessment to any of their arguments.

Who cares what "la raza" seperatists want? It's high time for "We the People" to take control back from the evil forces-that EVERYONE moving to the U.S. must come legally (no automatic welfare), then speak English in public, get along with other ethnic groups, work and not be a burden to the taxpayers, fly our flag and consider it their own, and be loyal to the U.S. over the old country!
