    new here because of a flyer

    Just joined tonight. While sitting in a hospital waiting room in the nearby town of Cullman, Alabama, I picked up a newspaper and read about a local businessman who was organizing a rally on the courthouse steps with news cameras and politicians. The flyers were handed out by an ALIPAC respresentative at the rally which my husband and I attended. It felt good to speak out for what we believe in, to have our voices heard as well. We were given large, free American flags to wave and it was a well-behaved group of all ages. This was not a hate rally, but a support the USA and stand up for our laws rally and to do away with illegal aliens. I was thrilled that one citizen took it upon himself to get the permits and contact the paper and media. Anyone can do this...more of us should.
