We all know the current lawsuit filed against Arizona will be laughed out of court

But I just read an interesting statement by Greta Van Sustern

Holder has threatened to bring a second lawsuit against Arizona if there are any cases of alleged racial profiling

THE JOKE IS ON HIM

He cannot target the law , only the officer that is alleged to have committed the profiling.
