The desired results of this bill is obvious, even to the casual observer. I seriously doubt it'll gain traction in committee. If it does, I can't see it ever arriving on the Presidents desk for signature.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying we should ignore this bill. However, it is a fact that the majority of bills that end up in committee never arrive on the U.S. Congress floor for consideration of passage. IMO, if you have a Rep. that is on the committee reviewing the bill, yes you should call. If not, perhaps you may want to take a wait and see attitude. Just my opinion.
