    How does this happen ?

    A factory is raided in North Carolina, 30 "illegals" are found. They go to court and pay a fee and are "RELEASED" back in the states. Then such "ILLEGAL" moves to Indiana and apply and receives a "VISA"....

    How in the hell is that possible..BTW this is a true story.

    Also how does one that "NEVER" had a VISA, within states apply and receive one. Talking aobut a freaking train wreck awaiting to happen.

    There are a few ways illegals aliens can "adjust their status" inside the US:
    1. Claim political asylum
    2. Claim to be a victim of trafficking
    3. Marry a US Citizen

    Most of these claims are bogus but our brain dead government lets it go on anyway.
