I just had to share this...

Bistec con queso? Not at Geno's Steaks. An English-only ordering policy is raising ire.

Want A Geno's Cheesesteak? Learn To Order In English

Ordering a cheesesteak at Philadelphia's famous cheesesteak joints involves a few simple words. There's usually no need to ask for peppers, ketchup or other condiments -- you add those yourself.

The basic terminology:

"Cheesesteak wit" (or "Whiz wit"): cheesesteak with Cheese Whiz, fried onions
"American wit": cheesesteak with American cheese, fried onions.
"Provolone wit": cheesesteak with provolone, fried onions.

Don't want onions? Say "witout" (without) instead of "wit."
