Thread: I am sending letters!!!

This is a letter that I wrote and sent out to Fred Thompson. I intend to send this to every candidate running for every office that I can.
I also sent a letter of support to Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta for support.
I am very new to doing this so any advice to be even more effective would be much appreciated. I think this letter speaks well for my family and I intend to use it again and again.




To whom it may concern,

I would like you to know that as an American Citizen I have concerns that must be addressed before I can support any candidate from any party.
These issues are non negotiable to me and my family.

We want this country secured.
We want the border secured.
We want illegal aliens deported. No Amnesty. No pathway to citizenship. No guest worker program.
We want immigration to return to the time when we sought out educated,
intelligent people from everywhere in the world that can enrich our society and not drain, endanger it and treat it with disdain.
We want our heroes in Iraq, in the police force and on the border to be
supported and respected and not imprisoned. We will no longer vote for the lesser of two evils. We will no longer vote while holding our noses.
We are patriotic Americans. We love our country. We want our country to reflect our values of hard work, honesty, education, decency and a respect for the rule of law.
We want our elected officials to enforce all laws and set a good example for the children of our country.
The children have been getting a mixed message that sometimes it is okay to cheat, to lie, to break the law. It shows in the moral decline of our
children. If you can stand up and fight for these things. I will support you one hundred percent.

Good work, and a great letter---be sure to call some of the people you send your letter to as a follow up to let them know you are real and mean it!

If you do this on a weekly basis, you will make excellent headway in our battle to take back the country from the sell-out politicians, and the Illegal Squatters!
