Thread: House Chastizes CEO's While Holding 3 Day Retreat

Just heard that Obama and the House will hold a 3 day retreat at a posh 4 star resort in Virginia partially funded by taxpayer dollars while chastising Wall Street CEO's using taxpayer bailouts for lavish personal spending and Americans are losing their homes, jobs, pensions, and health care. Congress will also be able to bring their families to this fabulous porkparty. Hypocrisy has become another element in the Obama mantra of change.

Insane isn't it? I was thinking the exact same thing when I heard about this earlier. Why do these people have to be so...What's the word...Oh yeah, Backstabbing...? I dont understand and I probably never will, but I just have this feeling in my gut that Backstab Obama isn't going to be in office for a full term, I could be wrong...but just a feeling. He is such a rat isn't he? Lie to the people to get what he want's...Not like we had the best choice of candidates in last year's votes but we could have done better then Obama...Why on earth did this guy even run for president? Lol..

I just seen it on Cavutto $500,000 how pathetic...they just never quit do they!

i was told by one spokesperson that the reps have to pay for it them
selves, but then i called another one and they said that the monies from the campaigns could pay for it and when i said i have an email that tells me its taxpayer money, he said " i dont know about that"

Cavutto said we the taxpayer picks up the tab!

The House Democratic Caucus spent more than $500,000 in taxpayer money over the past five years for its annual retreats at resorts in Pennsylvania and Virginia.

On Thursday, Democrats will head to the Kingsmill Resort and Spa in historic Williamsburg, Va., for the three-day planning powwow. The resort boasts multiple championship golf courses, a full-service spa and six restaurants.

[b]Individual lawmakers pay for most of the expenses related to retreat lodging through their campaign committees, but the Democratic Caucus subsidizes some of the costs for what aides consider “official businessâ€

Besides Obama, Biden and three other Cabinet secretaries, Democrats this year are hosting Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, who will talk about stimulating the economy through technology and innovation.


Another H1B giveaway compliments of these asswipes......I wonder how much Ballmer paid them this time to deprive more unemployed Americans of jobs or to fire more of them for even more cheap labor.........
