You could also take a cue from Billboard Colorado and highlight the sacrifices our troops are making while the President and Congress are allowing their rights to be trampled on by Mexican nationals who are entering this country illegally.

"Honor their sacrifice; Secure the border."

Or tie it into our celebration of independence by focusing on a patriotic theme.

"Alexander Hamilton was a legal immigrant!"

Oh, Oh, Oh, that sign is golden. That sign would definitely get peoples' attention.

Thanks to all for the suggestions but the weather has turned for the worse with severe thunderstorms today and tomorrow. So I will wait until Friday to put up the banners. The traffic should be at its highest then with the weather more calm and the rush to the beach. From then on regular banners put up before morning or afternoon rush hour.
