ICE ignores L.E. request for holds - Inmates walk free
"Denver Sheriff's Department says they report roughly 20 suspected illegal aliens under arrest to ICE each day. But the federal agency typically puts holds on only two or three."
This came from an article on a released illegal alien in Denver who paid $3500 on a $35,000 bond and walked away, back to Mexico. He's charged with raping and molesting an anchor baby.
I love this quote that they notify ICE about 20 a day to place holds on and ICE typically only puts holds on "two or three."
This is just like the Houston story of last week where after several felony convictions they never get deported. ICE and George Bush play a major MAJOR roll in what is going on. Blood is on Bush's hands, face and tongue.Illegal aliens remain exempt from American laws, while they DEMAND American rights...

Prisons halt effort to free illegal aliens
By Josh Rabe
Staff Writer
The state prison system has dropped a bid to seek the release of more than 100 illegal immigrant inmates to ease crowding.
Corrections officials planned to seek the release of about 140 inmates who faced immediate deportation after their release.
Justin Jones, director of the Corrections Department, asked the state parole board to consider the early releases. He withdrew the request before the board convened Tuesday after meeting a lack of support from the board and the governor's office.
Paul Sund, Gov. Brad Henry's spokesman, said Henry's staff told Jones the governor wouldn't support using the parole process to control the prison population.
Jones said he hoped the parole board would discuss the issue at its meeting last month and would be able to consider a special docket as early as this week's meeting. The board didn't hear the request last month and planned to carry the issue over to this week's meeting.
Jones said he withdrew his request because of the delay.
