The government is going to start to cry about how courts are backlogged, jails and detension centers filled. Bottom line is...if the illegal is in fact guilty of a crime then no questions asked..you toss his butt over the border. If just illegal here then you detain him but that detention time should not last more than 48hrs. With the technology we have now we need to speed up the deportation system. No documents and cannot produce them..then its a done deal....out you and your family goes. Take your tacos and beans with ya too.

Easy to fix the prison system. Deport every illegal from jail and prison right now. But first put the military on the border with explicit orders. Let them go and commit crimes back home. Bet we'd free up 50% of our prison space.
