Illegal alien charged with repeatedly raping 9-year-old girl in Oklahoma

On Monday, police in Tulsa arrested Daniel Mendoza, 25, after he allegedly raped a girl several times over the last two years. The assaults began when the girl was 7-years-old, according to court documents.

The victim reported the assaults to a family member, after Mendoza reportedly raped her again on Sunday, while he was babysitting her.

Once questioned, she told investigators that the abuse had begun years earlier.

Tulsa World reported:

Officers described Mendoza as “a family friend.” He apparently watched the girl periodically while her mother worked.
Mendoza has been charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a minor. He is currently being held at the Tulsa County Jail on an immigration detainer.
