    ATTENTION NEW YORKERS...Protest being Planned.

    Hi Everyone:

If you have been watching the news lately, Hilliary Rodham Clinton has done a COMPLETE TURN AROUND, and is now EMBRACING illegal aliens and a Guest Worker Program.

Tommorow morning I will be talking to the Chief of Police in the town her and Bill live in to get a Assisted Event Permit which will allow ten or more persons to PROTEST in front of their home. So, I am looking for any one who would like to be a part of this event, or would like to help get it off the ground.

Why do you need a permit to walk around with signs on a public sidewalk? Do the illegal alien invaders have a permit when they gather and take over a sidewalk? We have done protests at the home of elected officials MANY times. Protesting the home of an elected official is a great way to make your message heard and I salute you. We carry cell phones, tape recorders, and digital and/or video cameras.

You really don't need a big crowd beacuse you will get attention when you legally protest someones house. We once did a sustained series of protests at one elected officials house. Morning, early evening, weekend, just 30-45 minutes per event and anywhere from 3 to 10 people, but over a period of months. Guess what? That elected official did not run for re-election.

    And remember,

The right to legally and peacefully demonstrate is guaranteed by the first amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Article VI defines the U.S. Constitution as the supreme law of the land..

. This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

This means that all laws in the United States—federal, state, and local—must be consistent with the Constitution. All judges must hold the U.S. Constitution above all other law. Federal judges are Constitutionally compelled to strike down local, state or federal laws prohibiting the legal and peaceful exercising of first amendment rights.

In affluent areas, they can BE FUNNY about things. The Clinton's live at the end of a culdesac, there are no sidewalks...the local town ordinances require you get what is called a Assisted Event Permit so that they can arrange to have police COVERING the event.

Important thing, is that I have the ball rolling.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I know about your community. You are there I am not. But from my distant perspective that Local Ordinance looks like a sitting duck waiting for it's constitutionality to be challenged in federal court. As you know any law can be challenged for constitutionality. Do you know if that law has ever been challenged for constitutionality? Federal judges are Constitutionally compelled to strike down local, state or federal laws prohibiting the legal and peaceful exercising of first amendment rights.

There are A LOT of unconstitutional local laws and ordinances out there, many RIGHT IN CRAWFORD TEXAS, but fighting them takes money, and they know often times the little guy does not have that kind of capital laying around to play with.

You are correct. But there are also strong willed people out there who do have the determination to fight unconstitutional laws in federal court and win.
    Case in point in NY.
