Thread: Illegal Aliens Are Public Nuisances

The city of Park Hills Kentucky after many police calls to apartment buildings in their city, and with a limited police department and time to respond over and over again to the same places, city officials decide that it was time to put a stop to it.
After six or so calls to the same place the city decided to charge Landlords for the police department runs , the but the landlords got together to try and stop the fines, stating it wasn’t their fault. This is what the city decides to do, putting a stop to The Criminal Activity as a Public Nuisance.

Be it the order of the city council of the city of Park Hills Kentucky:

Section I: Criminal Activity As a Public Nuisance: There is hereby created a new Section of 92.02.03A, entitled Criminal activity as Public Nuisance, within Chapter 92 of the Park Hills Code of Ordinances, entitled Nuisance, as follows:


92.03A CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AS A PUBLIC NUISANCE.

(A) Definitions. For the purposes of this section, the definitions are as set forth herein, or if not established herein, then as defined in 92.01 of this code.

(1) “Criminal Activity Nuisanceâ€

After speaking with the Attorney Robert A. Winter, Jr. of
Hemmer Pangburn DeFrank PLLC who drafted this ordance ,
Park Hills Kentucky welcomes a safer place for its citizens.
Mr. Winter welcomes a fight from the aclu.

City officials expect no resistance from their community and It citizens welcome a drug free and Criminal alien free community. The cost of police patrols will go down. The police force can get back to doing the job they where hired to do, protecting its legal citizens form Drug abusers, prostitutes and illegal aliens.

Such a simple, but effective solution.

Omg I know some landlords that are going to be cleaning house or lose their entire income.

This is just wonderful I hope alot of cities use this as an example. Guess there is more than one way to skin a cat ehh!!

The little city that could.....

Congrats to Park City, Kentucky, for standing up to the impotent federal government and special interest groups like "La Raza" and protecting it's community. All communities need to adopt this, whether it be Hazelton, PA(another law-abiding community) or New Haven, CT(amnesty's own ground zero).
