Thread: Illegal Cheerleader Judge Robert F. Diaz's gets his due...

It looks like Broward County Florida Court Judge Robert F. Diaz will be publicly reprimanded, fined $15,000 and suspended for two weeks without pay for sending an anonymous and somewhat threatening e-mail to another judge (who was reporting illegial aliens who wound up in his courtroom). I guess Judge Diaz didn't like that his associate judge was acting responsibly and turning illegals over to the feds.

Diaz got a wake up call when his fellow judge, who evidently felt threatened by the email, contacted law enforcement who traced the anonymous e-mail back to Diaz.

What is happening to our judicial system when the very people who are supposed to enforce the law attempt to subvert it?

By the way, the judge who is actually reporting illegals is Palm Beach Circuit Judge Roger B. Colton...three cheers for Judge Colton!
