    Illegal to Drive If not Resident of US?

    A local sherrif's office has allowed citizens to access their data base of inmates within the prison.. this was a new inmate they caught today... take a look at what he's charged with.. I X'ed his last name for privacy reasons...

    imconfused, i thought the governemt, or atleast state government were in controll of who drives and not, therefore denying the rights to illegals
