California considers state-level amnesty for illegals

Nearly 1 million undocumented immigrants could live and work openly in California with little or no fear of deportation under an initiative unveiled Friday by a state legislator and others.

Assemblyman Felipe Fuentes, a Democrat, is helping spearhead the measure, called the California Opportunity and Prosperity Act.

The proposal was filed Friday with the state Attorney General’s Office, marking a first step toward a drive to collect the 504,760 voter signatures needed to qualify for the ballot.

Fuentes called the measure a “moderate, common-sense approachâ€

Illegals must be deported NOW.

As the taxpayers move out of California. . . who's going to be left to support their leftist agenda?

If states can't enforce immigration laws at the risk of being sued by the federal government, how can states enact their own amnesties without being sued?

The purpose of the Obama Shamnesty is to force Americans in every state to kick in! The same is true for his healthcare plan.

Hmm, bet you won't see the Obama administration go after them for doing the job the federal government won't do like they've done with Arizona and Alabama. You won't hear a peep out of Holder's office about this.

These la raza racists imbedded within our government in California are determined to destroy this state through reconquista. They spend nearly all their waking hours constructing bills to benefit their illegal invading brethren, squatting in this state. Time is running out for this state, with the rest of the nation to follow if these traitors are not defeated.

Yep! Just make California the amnesty state.

I couldn't agree more! These ethnocentric traitors have no place in our government.

Ok, and this hasn't already been the case for the last million years in California? I think that California has no hope of ever getting their state back.
