The new Republican leadership, though unlikely to support the DREAM Act, has not ended the hope of thousands of illegal immigrants. Marc, a 24-year-old Peruvian who has been living in the U.S. illegally for 19 years thinks the new leadership will be a new opportunity to pass the act.
That is, as long as it is separated from a broader immigration reform.
