    As I posted before....SCOTUS ruled that states have to allow all students be they legal or illeg to attend school. Left out of the ruling is however the fact that schools do NOT have to issue diplomas or credits. Let them attend the schools...just do not give out diplomas or college credits to them. Title the ruling....NO DOCUMENTATION..NO DOCUMENT.
