Thread: Illegal prison population

The state has been hiring parol officers who speak spanish and english and the guys who have been waiting 10 years to move up to the higher paying parol job are passed up for a guy with only a few years because the new guy speaks spanish.

The NC Highway Patrol recently put a trooper into the position of basically a Hispanic liason officer. There's been a problem with Hispanics and safe driving. This guy looked kind of young, was of Hispanic descent and spoke Spanish. His job is basically to promote driving safety around the state to Spanish speaking groups. I'm sure there were a few other troopers that would have wanted a job like that but got passed over because of a language issue that shouldn't even be allowed to exist.

Wow.....had no idea an education and trade were included in prison. Doesn't seem being a law abiding citizen has much to offer anymore.
