Illegals complain about rude responses from White House

    From: Henry Cruz <Henry@rioscantor. com>

Subject: Rude Responses from White House on CIR Calls
    To:

    All,

If you have the experience described below when making your calls to the
White House in favor of comprehensive immigration reform, please contact
Maru Villalpando - maru@washingtoncan. org . She has been getting these
reports and can send you in right direction to record these incidents so
the White House knows about it. Thanks.

I just called the White House Comment Line and am very upset. After

waiting on hold for quite a while, I told the person who answered the

phone that I was in favor of comprehensive immigration reform. She

said "You're in favor of amnesty?" I said no, I was in favor of

comprehensive immigration reform that included providing a path to

citizenship for undocumented aliens, freeing up family reunification

waits...She cut me off and said "That's amnesty!" So what could I

say? I said yes. She thanked me and hung up.

I'm worried that classifying comprehensive immigration reform as

"amnesty" will prejudice some people that would otherwise support the

reform, and will put the focus on only one part of the whole package.

What a laugh riot! One is either for amnesty or against amnesty, no need to confuse the matter. Most Americans are against it.

Please everyone, call the White House and get family and friends to call too. We simply cannot afford any more amnesties, we must have stricter enforcement.

Oh that is very interesting! Thanks for finding that.

We've all come across the different types. Rude, arrogant, helpful, understanding, etc... aids and politicians.

    Funny. They found this person rude. I find them remarkable! I say, no amnesty. They say;

I said no, I was in favor of comprehensive immigration reform that included providing a path to citizenship for undocumented aliens, freeing up family reunification...

    What a mouthful!!!!

Just wonder if the White House has 'press one for English and primera numero ocho por Espanol?' There are very few business numbers I call that don't give those options. At least my doctor and pharmacy don't have that option--yet.

Well, if we haven't gotten through to those at the top yet, it sounds like the people understand!

Yes indeed, despite all the proverbial "beating around the bush", anyone, especially a staffer, can see that the provisions the IA faction demand equates to amnesty.

    "I want... I want... I support... I want..."

I am ready for a march on D.C. to quell the stupidity. I have enlightened many regarding the perils of amnesty. We WILL stop the insanity.

Ah, I like that staffer!! Good, they get to see what we go through, the difference is, they are not entitled to call and have an opinion, we ARE!
