Officials: Teen's death came during rape attempt

OREGON CITY, Ore. - The two men charged in the July 28 strangulation death of Dani Countryman were in the United States illegally, according to U.S. immigration officials.

Lorie Dankers, a spokeswoman with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said both suspects admitted to entering the U.S. illegally from Mexico about six months ago, according to KATU News in Portland.

The 15-year-old Kaufman girl was found dead by her sister, Ashley Countryman, after a night of partying at an apartment complex that has been described by local police as a “problem spotâ€

The story of Dani is one of too many tragedies that happend due to illegal immigration. It's disgusting to hear illegal supporters make comments that illegals want a better life and that crossing a border is a victimless crime. There are many immigrants who came her for a better life and they did it legally and they brought morals with them. Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime and American citizens are being victimzed by the various crimes and problems that illegals bring in this country.
