Thread: Curious Question...

What do you think it would cost us for mass deportation, let's say for 30 million illegals?
And what ways do you see to pay for it? Would you increase taxes? Seriously, how do you propose we pay for it? Decrease spending? My hubs and I were having a 'heated discussion' about it last night and had me thinking. How about using the military and the defense budget? They could move a large number of people at once. Just curious what others here think about this~

How much can it possibly cost to send bus loads of illegals to the border? I mean, seriously....wont we save money on services now being provided to illegals? All the WIC programs, food stamps, illegals in schools, incarcerated illegals. Just the savings from emptying out the jails of illegals will be enough to pay for it wont it?

No need for mass deportations. Make it impossible to rent or get a job if you are here illegally, and provide for jail time if you are caught, and foreigners in this country illegally will self deport.

Two very good points. Thank's for your input...I was also thinking of them self deporting too. But I don't have too much faith in that, for now. I visualize them travelling from state to state...like roaches. Anyway, I'll throw these in for our 'part 2' debate tonight.

Self deportation. . . they got here on their own, they can go back on their own if they can't get a job and can't prove citizenship!!!
