Marita Nelson is an illegal immigrant to the USA. She has been here for 20 years and despite that time here can barely speak English. She is not married but has 7 kids to feed. And the US government pays for everything.

Nelson lives in Florida where Fox News’ Steve Harrigan found her and told her story. It appears that there are several organizations now dedicating themselves to helping illegals get as much federal and state aide as they can find for them. Yes, even though that they are criminally breaking our laws in the first place.

Despite that this Marita Nelson has no job and has done little else but pump out illegitimate children into our society, she receives $250 in food stamps, child support from her various male companions, federal housing supplements, free medication and medical coverage, and $700 a month in Social Security payments.

In her garbled English, Nelson told Steve Harrigan that she wants others to follow her lead.

Surprising? Hardly. The US already has more legal Americans on Medicaid, for instance, than France of the UK even have citizens.

That isn’t all. According to new numbers from the Social Security Administration over ten million Americans now claim to be unable to work and have taken to the welfare handouts of disability payments. It is yet more evidence of the age of Obama and the entitlement mentality he is pushing on the nation.

This should be no surprise. We also have one in seven Americans dependent on food stamps thanks to this welfare president.

So, it is no wonder Marita Nelson and criminals like her feel entitled.

These groups seeking to add more Marita Nelson’s to our federal welfare burden want to increase aid in Florida by one billion dollars.

Of course, the welfare pushers claim that the programs somehow “save money” to the government. By giving prenatal care and food stamps, they say, it is cheaper than paying for serious medical problems later.

I wonder if it would be even better not to pay for any of this stuff and force these people to go back where they came from?

So, what do you think? Is this a fair and proper use of federal aid programs?
