Friends of ALIPAC,

We need a full national deployment today into Texas. Not only is Texas ALIPAC's second largest support base, but we have our best chance now to secure state immigration enforcement in one of America's largest states!

For those of you that are new, ALIPACers from across America respond to our alerts and help each other when a particular state becomes important in the national battle against illegal immigration.

Please take the following activism steps and keep up the pressure on Texas all week! You have seen our methods work again and again so it is only a matter of getting enough of you to take action and stick to our game plan!

All of our immigration enforcement bills are currently pinned down in committee. Today, the Texas State Affairs committee will consider seven bills we support.

Step 1: Review our sample message and bills below to craft your own distinct message.

"I am calling/writing today to ask Representative ______ to please support all immigration enforcement bills before the state affairs committee. Many other states have responded to the 80% of voters that want our states to do more to crack down on illegal immigration. Please vote yes on HB 48, 276, 404, 1061, 4675 and HCR 50!"

Step 2: Pick up your phones and call each member of the Texas State Affairs committee to deliver your message by phone. Ask to speak with the legislator directly and then leave a message if you cannot speak with them. If you get voicemail, leave a message.

Step 3: Follow-up your calls with written copies of your message using e-mail or fax.

Let's get those phone lines and fax lines ringing off the hook followed by a deluge of e-mails in Texas ASAP!

A win in Texas would be a major boost for our state operations in other states and a major deterrent to Amnesty bills in Washington, DC!
