    6-7 yr's ago, when I lived in San Bernardino, Ca. and was with the MinuteMen, I had access to 3 border cameras that I monitored on my computer. These cameras rotated 90 degrees in a south by east and then by western direction. When I spotted any movement. I just made a call or email giving the camera # and demensions. and in minutes, someone was there.
    I don't know what ever happen with that system.
