Thread: Customer ID's Stolen at Car Dealership in Orange,CA

Just saw this little tidbit on the Channel 9 News in Los Angeles:

"An Orange County car dealership is under investigation this afternoon for FRAUD. A slew of UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS say their identities were stolen when they shopped for cars at DOUGLAS NISSAN in Orange, CA. Authorities say that someone there was using CREDIT APPLICATIONS to steal customer's identities. An investigation was launched after customers started complaining."

Customer, Susan Schroeder, said: "The documents we are talking about...the documents that were being used were pay stubs, SSN's, and driver license numbers."

Authorities say it will take months to sort through all the seized boxes of information to determine who is responsible

Just when you think you've heard it all....something like this pops up! The dealership should be put out of business, the salesmen should be put in prison for life and the customers should be jailed and then deported. I'm sure this isn't the only car dealership pulling this scam.

The penalty for SS fraud is up to 2 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines! But no one enforces the law....unless an American commits SS fraud!

I'll bet this is happening all over the country, they really don't care how this illegal immigration is hurting Americans, destroying our credit or our lives.
