Impacts of Illegal Immigration: Sex Crimes
As noted in the previous section, many of the violent crimes being committed by illegal aliens are sexual crimes. This section will deal with that aspect of the crimes.

Researcher Deborah Schurman-Kauflin Ph.D. of the Violent Crimes Institute, reports on the analysis of 1,500 violent crimes from January 1999 through April 2006 that included serial rapes, serial murders, sexual homicides and child molestation committed by illegal aliens. The data is found in her report, The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration: Nearly One Million Sex Crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants in the United States, which notes that, based on a figure of 12 million illegal immigrants and the fact that more of this population is male than average, sex offenders among illegal aliens are a higher percentage than sex offenders in the general population.

The study breaks down the 1,500 cases reviewed this way:

    525, or 35 %, were child molestations
    358, or 24 %, were rapes
617, or 41 %, were sexual homicides and serial murders
Of the child molestations, 47% of the victims were Hispanic, 36% Caucasian, 8% Asian, 6% African American and 3% other nationalities. In 82% of the cases the victims were known to their attackers. "In those instances, the illegal immigrants typically gained access to the victims after having worked as a day laborer at or near the victims' homes," she says. "Victims ranged in age from 1 year old to 13 years old, with the average age being 6."

In her examination of the sex-related homicides, Schurman-Kauflin noted:

"The murders were the worst of the sex crimes and were especially vicious. The most common method was for an offender to break into a residence and ambush his victims. Not only were victims raped, but some (6%) were mutilated. The crime scenes were very bloody, expressing intense, angry perpetrator personalities. Specifically, most victims were blitzed, rendered incapable of fighting back, and then raped and murdered. The most common method of killing was bludgeoning, followed by stabbing. Caucasians were more likely to become victims of sexual homicide committed by illegal immigrants. Hispanics were second, and African Americans were third."
Schurman-Kauflin states that the illegal alien population includes 240,000 sex offenders – a "conservative estimate," she says. She goes on to say, "This translates to 93 sex offenders and 12 serial sexual offenders coming across U.S. borders illegally per day." She points out the 1,500 offenders in her study had a total of 5,999 victims, an average of four victims for each sex offender and says, "This places the estimate for victimization numbers around 960,000 for the 88 months examined in this study."

Annualizing the results, that is 130,909 sex crimes committed annually by illegal aliens – crimes that never would have happened if they weren't here. This is part of the collateral damage of tolerating illegal immigration.

The affects of sexual crimes are far greater than just the crime itself. As noted in Victim costs of violent crime and resulting injuries:

"For example, an estimated 10 percent of rape victims suffer from severely disabling psychological injury, and 40 percent suffer from emotional distress severe enough to require mental health treatment beyond initial counseling."
Schurman-Kauflin concludes that illegal alien criminals "gradually commit worse crimes and are continually released back into society or deported. Those who were deported simply returned illegally again," she says.

For another glimpse into the soul of these perverts see the report Homicidal Sex Offenders: Psychological, Phallometric and Diagnostic Features published in the Journal of American Academy Psychiatry and Law. Also see the report from New Zealand, Storm Warning – Statistical Models for Predicting Violence, for more information on the type of people we are simply allowing to stroll into our country to prey on American women and children.

The Schurman-Kauflin study noted that "Nearly 63% of the offenders had been deported on another offense prior to the sex crime." Note the word "deported," something that often comes up when we are talking about the crimes committed by illegal aliens. That means they were once removed from the country but came back in again to commit the crime! In this case, lack of any serious border security allowed the additional crime to happen – an additional 82,473 sex crimes – per year!

Is having 130,909 sex crimes committed against women and children per year acceptable collateral damage to tolerate illegal immigration and save ten cents on a head of lettuce?

When 63% sexual crimes are a result of basically having little to no border security, are 82,473 victims per year acceptable collateral damage for the savings of not having proper border security? If so, can you tell that to the victims and their families?

That means not spending a few billion on proper border security allowed all those crimes to happen. As we saw in the previous section, each crime has economic consequences. Rape plus other injury crime costs society $97,205 in 2006 dollars. A sexual molestation was not listed but murders had an even far greater cost. Using $50,000 as the average total economic impact, that means that just the 82,473 sexual crimes that were committed by previously deported illegal alien sex perverts who simply strolled back in to commit more crime cost us $4.1 BILLION.

In any case, does this sound like a victimless crime? Even if Schurman-Kauflin is off by a factor of two, that is still 65,455 victims. Per year. And remember, 63% of those crimes would have been prevented if we simply controlled who was coming across our borders and all of them would have never happened if there were no illegal aliens in the USA.

Returning to the FBI's statistics in the CRIME section and combining the Forcible rapes and Offenses against family & children there are 154,656 crimes. If even half of Schurman-Kauflin's estimate, 65,455 sexual crimes, was committed by illegal aliens that would be a 42% participation. This is obviously way over a straight 5% representation, and much higher than the 15.3% estimate for involvement in murders. As we will see later, the involvement in some traffic accidents is even higher than that for murders and in some cases is comparable to the 42%.

While the involvement is probably a few times higher than representation, some of the large disparity, can be explained by noting that many (47%) of the sexual related crimes are committed against other Hispanics, as Schurman-Kauflin pointed out. While Schurman-Kauflin's report doesn't differentiate it, most likely the vast majority of the crimes being committed against Hispanics were committed against Hispanic illegal aliens where the perpetrator was victimizing people in his own illegal alien community. Again, nobody knows because NOBODY IS TRACKING IT.

As noted earlier in this section, and as we shall also see in the CULTURAL DIFFERENCES section, while many domestic violence crimes in the illegal alien community are not reported, the tendency to commit sexual crimes is also embedded in the culture. Regardless, the numbers indicate a serious problem that needs further investigation because, while as bad as a 5% participation is, if the participation is actually just three times as much it indicates a very serious and growing risk for American women and children.

In any case, what if Schurman-Kauflin is correct and there are actually 130,909 sexual crimes being committed annually by illegal aliens? If so, how much do you think we should be spending on proper border security to prevent it?

Many Americans will pay a bit for non-polluting "green power" from their local energy provider. How much more should we pay for lettuce if it saved a quarter of the children from being molested or raped? What would YOU pay for lettuce to save 50% of the children? How much more would YOU pay for lettuce to keep a thousand women from being raped? What would YOU pay to save ten thousand women from being raped?

In terms of sexual crimes being committed by illegal aliens, exactly how much collateral damage is acceptable to you to save ten cents on a head of lettuce?

The Schurman-Kauflin report, The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration: Nearly One Million Sex Crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants in the United States, concludes:

"Illegal immigrants who commit sex crimes first cross the U.S. border illegally. Then they gradually commit worse crimes and are continually released back into society or deported. Those who were deported simply returned illegally again. Only 2% of the offenders in this study has no history of criminal behavior, beyond crossing the border illegally. There is a clear pattern of criminal escalation. From misdemeanors such as assault or DUI, to drug offenses, illegal immigrants who commit sex crimes break U.S. laws repeatedly. They are highly mobile, work in low skilled jobs with their hands, use drugs and alcohol, are generally promiscuous, have little family stability, and choose victims who are easy to attack. Their attacks are particularly brutal, and they use a hands-on method of controlling and/or killing their victims."
For an example of why is often so hard to catch arrest, and jail or deport these criminal illegal alien deviants, and for some insight on what happens in many cities and communities around the US, see Peggy O'Hare's March 2003 article, Accused killer helped by 'hands-off' proviso, in the Houston Chronicle where she reports:

"In the months before three East End women were abducted, raped and slain last year, one of the accused killers, Walter Alexander Sorto, 25, was ticketed by Houston police several times for traffic violations.
Sorto was an illegal immigrant, having somehow managed to circumvent the usual ports of entry into this country, just like his accused companion in crime, Edgardo Rafael Cubas, 24. They remained below radar, undetected by immigration authorities until they were arrested for capital murder.

But had they crossed paths with Houston police before the violence -- as Sorto apparently did -- officers here might have been hamstrung anyway, barred by city rules from asking about their immigration status or reporting them to federal authorities.

Critics refer to this rule as a "sanctuary" policy. And Sorto is a pointed example of what frustrates some Houston police officers about the "hands-off" provision toward illegal immigrants.

... Though many major cities across the country have similar policies -- including New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego -- some rank-and-file officers have a problem with such restrictions.

... Houston police officer John Nickell is one of them. He complained about Houston's policy when he testified last week before a House Judiciary subcommittee during a hearing spurred by the rape of a New York woman in a Queens park last December.

Four of five men charged in that attack were in the country illegally. Three of them had been arrested by the New York Police Department before, but were later released instead of being turned over to federal authorities. The woman who was raped has now filed a lawsuit."

See the January 2007 article, Illegals Become Repeat Criminals, by Jerry Seper in The Washington Times for more information on sanctuary cities and policies. Go to the February 2007, New American article, Illegal Immigrants in a State of Disarray, by Kurt Williamsen to see how sanctuary policies are working in Wisconsin's Department of Motor Vehicles.

Subsequently, Sorto is the prime suspect in the abduction of 13-year-old Laura Ayala from outside her southeast Houston apartment. Blood evidence recently linked Ayala's disappearance to Sorto and his two companions that were accused in the East End slayings, though none of them have been charged. Laura Ayala has not been seen since and her body has not been recovered.

When the MSM was in a dither over the sexual crimes committed by Marc Foley against consenting and almost of age pages, who shed a tear for Laura Ayala who most likely died a long and excruciating death at the hands of multiple illegal alien sexual perverts?

I'll bet you did not have any idea the illegal aliens who are only coming here to "do the jobs Americans won't" were also coming here to prey on American woman and children. How many illegal alien rapist and child molestors are there? While some like Dr. Schurman-Kauflin have made estimates, in fact nobody actually knows but as the information and examples in this report have detailed the number is considerable.

Another facet of sexual crimes is the fast growing "sex slave" crimes where illegal aliens kidnap, enslave, and sell the sexual services of young illegal alien women to other sexual deviants and perverts, foreign and domestic. This is a topic that is generally ignored when the MSM only report on illegal aliens doing the jobs that Americans don't want to do.

As reported by Deborah Schurman-Kauflin, Ph.D. of the Violent Crimes Institute in Profiling Sex Trafficking: Illegal Immigrants At Risk:

"Women and girls are trafficked from many countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East. Mexico is the number one source for young female sex slaves in North America. Tlaxcala, in Central Mexico serves as a hotbed for slave traders. Young women and girls are abducted, tricked, and sometimes sold by poor families into a caged life. Highly prized are 12 year old girls sneaking across the border into the United States. The girls are grabbed by Los Lenones, aka pimps, and dragged to unfamiliar areas where they are ‘broken in.' It is well known that this often occurs in Mexico. The initiation process entails 20-30 men per day having brutal sex with the girls and women. Victims are beaten, drugged, and repeatedly raped until their wills are broken. It is then that the sale is possible.
... Entry into the U.S. is perceived to be relatively easy at the U.S./Mexico border. Thus, this is a main artery for this activity. Puerto Rico is another point of entry as there are only 23 U.S. border patrol for the entire island. Once individuals enter Puerto Rico, with fake paperwork, coming to the mainland is simple. This is a dangerous open back door to the U.S., and traffickers are taking notice."

When Jorge Boosh leaves office and can no longer hide behind the presidency, I HOPE EVERY VICTIM/VICTIM'S FAMILY, FILES A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM.

I noticed it said one victim was filing a lawsuit.

It would be nice if we could get some other victims in touch with this person's lawyer.

They should. It would not surprise me that many of them haven't. It isn't something that the mainstream media would want to publicize.

I did hear that the family of the Iraqi vet that was killed is suing - don't know any particulars.

The victims should also sue the cities/states they were harmed in for not upholding the laws by deporting illegals in the state where the crimes occured.
