    I need ideas.

My husband does cornice work. It's getting tough again to find work since all the illegals are doing the work that Americans won't do. yea.. My husband says that the builder contracts out all the work. Now the sub contractiors are the ones who hire illegals. I am not going to just sit around and let my family suffer if I can do something about it. I need ideas. The idea that I have is to carry a sign in the road in front of the houses that illegals are building.. Help me out people.

This Texan is mad and not going to go down without a fight.

How about joining our intense national effort at this time to focus all of our people and resources on the elections?

If we fail there, you and your sign on the side of the road will do little good.

Call members of Congress and their campaigns and the campaigns of their challengers and tell them what has happened and ask them what they are going to do about it.

If you know that a worksite is being populated with illegals, take a bullhorn and yell "La Migra, La Migra!! Everyone freeze and put your hands up!!" And then watch all the job stealing illegals scatter like the scumrats they are. Do this enough times and the employer will lose so much work time that they just might start to hire legal workers. Just an idea.

The situation is the same thru out the country. The housing contractors shield themselves by using subcontractors for labor. The subcontractor signs an agreement to only use legal employees. Although they actually recruit illegal aliens to work for $7 - $10 per hour.

Sometimes the homebuilder only pays the supervisors of the subcontractor. The supervisor cashes his check and pays the laborers. This reduces the costs of taxes and worker's comp. Sometimes the illegals are classified as independent contractors and no one pays taxes.

Presently, in KY two supervisors have pleaded guilty to hiring illegals as framers, roofers and/or drywallers. If they don't skip out on their next court date, they also are illegal, the judge will determine their sentence on Nov. 17th. Please consider writing the judge and asking him to give these men jail time.

I'm hoping they get some jail time, but not the maximum. The prosecuter does expect them to show up in Nov. and hopefully testify against the owner of the subcontracting company and the home builder. Google Fischer Homes for more details from the Cincinnatti Post.

Email me and I'll send you the judge's address.

You might also consider writing a letter to ICE and turn in the home builders that use illegals.

I looking for others who be willing to write a letter to a judge. I know of two cases where guilty pleas have been rendered. The judge will sentence the defendents in Nov. I would like to see the judge hand down a stiff sentence with some jail time, not merely a fine. To my knowlegde, no judge has sentenced any business owner / manager to jail.

    Google the following:
    Illegal workers an open secret
2 admit hiring illegal workers for N. KY jobs
    80 arrested after the probe

Everyone, please consider writing these judges. Email me and I'll send you their addresses. Thank you for your help.

    A do nothing Congress!

What about contacting Judicial Watch and see if they can sue the companies hiring the illegals and good luck?
