Rep. Duncan Hunter has been fighting illegal immigration and the drug trade since 1988, which is 10 years before Rep. Tancredo was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives.

Rep. Tancredo's record against illegal immigration is commendable, but IMO it doesn't measure up to the accomplishments of Rep. Hunter. Honestly, everything I've researched to date indicates Tancredo is more of a talker and Hunter is a doer.

I can fully understand why Rep. Tancredo has so much strong support among ALIPAC members. Heck, i'd be giving him 100% of my support too if Hunter weren't a candidate. Hunter, Tancredo, and Paul are all worthy candidates deserving our support, but unfortunately, (from the Highlander movie) "there can only be one." Somehow, almost an impossible task I'm sure, we need to all come together to propel one of our candidates through the primaries. I think it's possible that we could become our own worst enemy should we remain divided when it counts.
