    Why is is that we do not treat all criminals of this nature the same. If this was an American citizens we would go to his home, tear him away from his family, go to his job, arrest him and put him under the jail and not think twice about how his children is going to eat.
    And these people, we go out of our way to reward them.
    There is something very wrong with out criminal justice system. It is not equal justice for all.
