Cummings is scum.

True, he gets a pass from the media, his political party, and most of congress because of some historical event that he was part of 50 years ago (which excuses all else, I guess), but he has obviously been using his position to shield the people who were involved in the IRS abuse scandal on behalf of the Obama administration throughout this entire investigation.

The only difference between today and his actions during this whole time is that in his angry and volatile state, he came off as the partisan hack and embodied (beyond all media and Democrat damage control) the investigative saboteur that he truly is.
