• The 104-member Immigration Caucus lost 8 (2 through retirement).

This is not a severe blow......hopefully some of these will be replaced with social conservative Dems. It certainly shows that the election was not a mandate for amnesty.

We need to get after Heath Shuler - 11th District, that may very well be patriotic and understanding to the defense of America and American workers.

Mike McIntyre is the only other NC Dem. who knows and has opposed appeasing illegal Aliens.
